So far i've only purchased 2 products from HS18. My 1st order went smoothly as it was a book. packing wasn't great but was acceptable. my 2nd order, which had option to select product colour, was delivered to me in the wrong colour. Wouldn't return it as it's gonna be a PITA. but this is totally unacceptable. Why offer colour choices to the customer if they're not going to honor the customer's color preference. The product had worst packing I have ever seen. No bubble wrapping or any kind of protection, it was just wrapped with a plastic bag and shipped. Product arrived with the original box damaged and torn from the inside. outer plastic bag was in okay condition.Wouldn't recommend HS18, Buy from here only if you don't have any other options.
EDIT: no response from HS18. Reducing my HS18 rating by 1 star. from average [2 star] to poor [1star].
