I purchased Fujifilm camera from HomeShop18.com. the everything was great but when I open the package and tried to operate the camera I found there was a thin dotted line on its screen. I reported the case to Home Shop 18 at the same time but did not pay heed at first. Then I called them again to get it sorted out but they refused to take it back and asked me to visit Fujifilm repair.
But thanks to Fujifilm that they took care of it without making delay. So for long time I haven't preferred 2 purchase anything from HomeShop18.
