My experience with Homelane is incredibly frustrating.initially everything seemed smooth but once the project get started it fell apart.there were constant delays, miscommunication and poor execution-from uneven cabinet to substandard finishes. It has to repeatedly follow up just get to their attention.
When they did respond it led site visit but no real action. It felt like they were stalling without any intention to fixing the issues.the so-called various years (10) warranty is complete sham.they dragged out responses to the point where it seemed like they were just waiting the warranty get expired , leaving me with unresolved problems.
If you are considering Homelane , THINK TWICE.
there service doesn’t live up to their promises and you will end up chasing them fo solutions that may never come.
