How I regret doing up my home through Homelane. Right from design to execution - everything was such a huge disappointment! They have no clue. They employ third-party contractors and keep shifting blame from one to the other. Their products are so flimsy/inferior quality there is no way it will last 10 years. In fact I doubt the company will even survive 10 years It is better to go with your local carpenter or contractors. I had the misfortune of giving them two houses to do up(Borivali branch). Both took ages to be completed. They weaseled out of the penalty clause and there is nobody you can speak to. Nobody cares. Once you have given them the money you are doomed.
