I had a terrible experience with Home Centre after ordering the Abigail Polypropylene Outdoor Chairs. Out of 4 chairs delivered, 3 were damaged. I immediately raised a complaint and even sent pictures of the damaged items. It's been several days, and the chairs have still not been picked up or replaced.
I called customer care multiple times, but they were completely unhelpful and unable to provide any resolution. The online platform also offers no clear option to raise a return or exchange request, which is incredibly frustrating for customers.
For a brand like Home Centre, this kind of poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything from Home Centre. If this is the level of post-sales support they offer, its just not worth the risk.
