We purchased a 1.5 Ton Hitachi AC 6 months back for our office. The AC did not quite have to work hard in the winter. Come summer and the AC cannot cool even 10sq feet of area. We registered complaint with Vijay Sales, but they keep on postponing the timelines committed by them.
We call them everyday, to hear a standard answer - "We shall send the engineer by today evening". This has been on for the past 2 weeks. I think our only option now is OLX. Would there be any takers for the world's best rated AC that does not cool? Our AC model no. is RAU518HSD - 5 star rated-Price=38300.
