Hitachi is probably the most expensive Air conditioner in the Indian market. When you buy a product at premium you expect best quality and prompt service. Hitachi is pathetic when it comes to after sales service.
Have been using Hitachi window AC for last few years. Now it breaks down almost every month.
Gas leak:And you have to spend about 2800 every time. But you keep on calling Hitachi, keep reminding them and they will not turn up for many days.
Don't rely on this company which has worst and shameful service.
