Since 20 Apr I m chasing you for the servicing of my AC n no-one has entertained my request until now. Let me be very honest u guys r pathetic when it comes to after sale service. I will never recommend Hitachi to anyone
I also got to know that people have literally screamed at their service centers to get the services. Pathetic is the experience. Pathetic r these guys
