We purchased the AC on 4/6/2012 from "NEXT" store, Lanka area, sankat mochan branch(next to petrol pump), varanasi. Product is "Hitachi standard window AC of 1.5 ton".
Within 1 year the gas of AC leaked out, we complaint to the store manager for all these issue, he told to me that you got the defective piece from the company and we can not replace that piece. We paid for filling the gas to Hitachi .
After this incident, two time gas leaked and every time paying gas refill amount to Hitachi person.I do not recommend for buying Hitachi AC, as they are deteriorating their quality.
