Poorest customer care service has over shadowed all the feature of AC. You will keep running after them to get the AC installed and then wait for its service indefinitely. I might be a bit over-reacting but if you need AC for summer then get it serviced at least in Winter or 4 months before as it seems they have only 5-10 technician catering to a state or might be at national level. Disgusting.
Although AC has good features like cooling, low noise, quadri cool technology but lack of Customer support and after sales service has denting effect on it.
I won't recommend this to any one.
