I bought three ACs together and all of them had issues. Two had fan blower issues and one was not even turning on. Hitachi customer service says that the lot you bought might be bad and never send t an engineer. Finally, after a month of wasting time with the Gujarati fools , I decided to get it fixed from outside.
So don't be a fool. Just buy any Chinese product rather than this so called Japanese brand.
