I had purchased 1.5 Ton split AC supposed to be the costliest AC in the Market in Oct 2010 in march 2011 I encountered first problem of no cooling the same was repaired and charges of 2380 was paid again in Oct 2011 the problem was encountered again it was repaired, , in March 2012 the same problem is faced that is no cooling at all till this date the same has not been attended to.This shows the company's attitude towards the customer this is the worst after sales service I have ever seen .
My suggestion to all NEVER BUY HITACHI PRODUCT IN INDIA
