Hitachi service is so very bad they don't like to give after sale service I am totaly fed up from the service of hitachi. I purchased a ac 10 month ago and I am asking for its service to its customer care but they have only one answer'our executive will reach you in next 48 hours'
They are saying that for the last 15 days but no action is taken by the team I will not suggest to buy hitachi ac as its after sale service is very, very bad.
