I have use this AC at my home. Quality of chassis and plastic grill is below the standard. Its a poor installation support from Hitachi. Also Hitachi manufacturing not responsive customer grievances. I don;t like this AC because it has been water leaking. After a installation just now and it is giving so much nice. Bad service from Hitachi brand, Installation was not completed and the entire experience was horrible. All of them fail every summer since 2 past year.
Their free service quality is very poor. Cooling of this AC very slow and low.some time AC vibrating sound come at certain speeds.
