I was under the impression that Hindware is a professionally managed company and sells quality products with good after sales service. But my real experience is different. I registered a service complaint with Hindware on 21 Jan 2023 and till 6 Feb 2023 no one contacted me. Several follow up calls and multiple regsitration on the WhtsApp number are of NO USE. It appears that Hindware thinks that their responsibility is over after selling a Home Appliance and taking money. The WhatsApp system of Hindware is a big joke. You can register and escalate complaints 100 times but no one will bother to contact you. HINDWARE should get out of Home Appliance business and sell only closets and wash basins. Selling electronic Home Appliances is not a joke and HINDWARE is NOT EQUIPPED to deal witrh such products
