I have very little memory of the original 1983 Blockbuster, but this remake is so painful that I longed for shridevi, jeetendra and his trandemark white shoes.in 2013 nothing except a spoof on this will work.
i Never know how to even begin critiquing a Sajid khan entertainer but himmatwala is a lesson in a movie that just won' t quit . with a run time of ( what feels like) 18hour.
In one of the film' s hilariously tragic scenes , a character says , ' teri maa, meri maa. Teri bahen, meri bahen.' but even though I sincerely tried Sajid khan , teri audience cannot be meri audience.
