Purchased Model 7108 HQHI-M1/S, vide Invoice No.SS/24-25/3585, Dated 10th Dec'24 from "Smart Surveillance LLP". Paid Rs.40, 000/- for getting 5 camera's(Parts+Labour).
1.A week after fitment, one of the camera's didn't work. Kept calling the Technician who never answered my call. Later got it corrected from a near by Dealer and paid for it.
2.In Jan'25, another camera failed and again no response. This time I had to pay Rs.5000/- and got that camera replaced as the existing one was a duplicate.
3.In Feb'25, 3rd camera failed and got that also replaced after paying another 5000.
4.Faced faulty wiring & connection issues thrice and had to pay for each time.
5.I still have 1 camera which is not working and I have given up.
I called the Dealer and complained but he rudely answered that we only sell products and servicing is not their headache.
With no other option, I finally called the Customer Care No. of Hikvision but I was shocked to hear them say that they don't have any service network and we have to manage on our own. When I said I even have a problem with the product, they asked me to carry the camera to the Dealer and sought out with him. Finally the call ended with "SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP YOU".
Need to pull them up legally. How can someone sell a product without Service. Its a daylight robbery.
