I am an owner of an E sprint. On purchase from M & M motors, Thiruvalla, Kerala, I was assured service at my home about 45 kms from showroom. They have adhered for some time.
Now of late the vehicle is off road since 15th of February, this year, i.e. 8 months. The dealer at Tiruvalla has discontinued their operation thereat, it seems.
On inquiry at M & M headquarters at Kochi, I was told that the case would be attended.
But nothing happened till date. Any hope left?
