I have been using helpchat from last 1 year. I had found it on facebook and find it interesting so I download it.It was running awesome and I also got many cashback but last time I had pay my idea bill. I transect money but payment could not done. The transaction was failed but from my account money was deducted so I contact to helpchat but they are saying that they did not get any payment and they are telling me to contact bank for this issue. I dont understand why they are telling me that they did not recieve any payment while bank has transfer the money to helpchat. Whatever the problem I faced but helpchat is one of good app provide many services with cashback offers.
