I dont know for which purpose this app is launched.Is it for helping people while making online shopping or it is a recharge app?
The so called chat never reply in time and their reply contain the same informaion which is already available on the website. Are the online agents replaying to message are authorised persons from E-commerce or they are using the details available on internet fo reply our messages?
I dont like halpchat in short.
