Very shlow aap heplchat. Review on Helpchat

I have one transaction 3 hour sucessfull recive.

I received money for just 2 friends. The ride amount is higher even in smaller distances also.I traveled for just 2 kms through tapzo. But they charged 125rs for just 2 kms.I feel irritated with tapzo and uninstalled from my phone. And I recharged my mobile through the balance in tapzo. Helpchat is tapzo, but there is some bugs. They always needs to improve the bugs in their app and provide the referral money for just installing the app only, instead of doing first ride.And I forgetten to tell you. I ordered paradise biryani through tapzo. I paid through debit card. The money was debited from my debit card. But the order was not confirmed. It is showing the confirmation in progress. The order was confirmed in latest next 2 days. Then I went to Paradise and take away the Paradise biryani. Hence I called the tapzo or hellcat is also called as confirmation is slow in helpchat.
