I wanted to hire a all rounder maid who can do all household work and cook. I paid the registration amount of Rs 2400/- to helpathome and was promised a maid within 15 days. Rupa was the person with whom I was interacting. She was very confident that they will provide a maid within 15 days. Till date I have not received a single call from them, no updates, I keep calling them but most of the time their phone is busy. They just say one thing, that is *" Sir the maid will definitely come tomorrow"* or the other thing that they says is *" Sir the maid has been identified and is under the police verification"
Now I don't want any maid from them but I want my money back. Has anyone filed a complaint against them in the consumer forum or a FIR against them? I would also like to do that as they have caused a lot of trouble to me.
