Well, I am planned my trip with hellotravel.com and it was an incredible experience. Let me clarify first that hellotravel.com is not a travel agent or a travel agency. It is a medium that connects travellers to travel agents and vice versa. I planned my trip to Europe and dropped my enquiry on 23.10.2010. Within a day or two, I got responses from 4 travel agents.
It was splendid as I had the choice to select the best travel agents and travel plan out of the four. The travel agent I select was an associate partner of hellotravel.com and thereby provided me best of his services. he is also informed that hellotravel.com regularly rank travel agents services and categorize them accordingly. Thereby all travel agents needs to provide best of their service with the fear of being dropped by the company.
Anyways, I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, the best part was that I was been connected to 4 reputed travel agents within no time and I had a hassle free trip.
