I have ordered Omran blood pressure automatic machine online from HealthKart and I have received it on time but without the Cuff, I don't know how their QC team checks the product before dispatch? Anyway, my trouble start there only, I have informed them on customer care and they told me that very soon they will send courier guy to collect the parcel back and re-issue the product. I am continuously calling / E-mail them to get the status since from One week(almost 07 days) but still no reply from them.
I am very frustrated and now thinking about filing a case on this fake compnay. This kind of fake company should be closed down in our country.
