I ordered a stethoscope from Healthkart on Dec 25th 2013, but I got a wrong model delivered on 27th Dec 2013.
After contacting the customer service I was informed that only after returning the wrong product, they will replace it. They also mentioned that they will arrange a return pick up, but they couldn't give a definite answer on when it will happen. Every time I called the customer service to ask about the return pick up, they would reply "it will happen within 24 hours". Its been more than a week and the wrong product still hasn't been picked up. Poor service.
