HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. Review on HealthKart

When looking for t-shits  for our TT team, I stumbled on this site, but I guess that it was a mistake shopping from the site.

It was written on the website that the items are dispatched within 2-3 days but even after 4 days the status of my product was not updated so I called the customer care. I was assured that they would look into the matter and call me back with the update. I called the following day and received the same response. After repeatedly calling customer care and to track my order, after 8 days I was told that, The order had not been dispatched as 2 shorts that were there in my order were not available, I asked them to cancel those and send the rest of the order, which I received soon after.

Now I wanted a different size for 1 of the t-shirts(XL instead of M) out of 7 that I had ordered to be, so I called the customer care on 20-Nov-12, I was assured by Mr Anoop that it was not a problem and within 2 days the product would be picked and after quality test I would be receiving the desired product within a week or so.

When the product was not picked up even by the end of the week, I called the customer care again on 26-Nov-12 and explained the whole matter. Ms Shristi told me that as Anoop was unavailable at the moment she would be contacting him and the matter would be resolved. As the matter was not resolved till 29-Nov-12 at 13:00, I called the customer care again on 29-Nov-12 at 13:00 and explained the case for the third time. Thi time Mr. X(i can't really keep track of the names of all their customer care executives) was at the other end and he told me that he just contacted anoop and I should just hang up so that anoop could call me back. I did as directed by Mr. X. Even after waiting for 2 hours, I did not receive the call, so I called the customer care when Mr. Y told me the same thing after I explained the whole case for the fourth time. Again I waited for an hour but did not receive any call.

I believe that it is my duty to share my horrible experience with healthkart.com so that my fellow shoppers can be cautious if planing to make a purchase with this site. Do not be deceived by its name which might be similar to flipkart.com but its services are no where comparable to any of the trusted online shopping sites.
