Why come to such sites and cry about it? Send them a legal notice. I sent them a legal notice and got my money back. The entire Rs 9000/- they paid me back.

Find a lawyer in your city and send them a legal notice. Under the consumer protection act the limitation period is 2 years. So you can ask for your money if it hasn't been 2 years yet.
