It is a matter of shame that a website called https://headhonchos.com dedicated to hiring for senior professional is manned and handled like naive or site headed by freshers. CEO who claims to be internet industry veteran leads by example. When you join the site as platinum member by paying 9000 rupees, you are promised heaven and a dedicated agent who will called twice in a month, which never happens. The agent/job consultant is a fresher or who lags the basics.
When you suggests /request anything by pleading , customer service / help desk never responds or acknowledges. I am really surprised when I contacted directly CEO thru direct mails / twitter, he has not even courtesy to acknowledge or assign some one to call and understand the pain points.
