It's just a terrible shampoo! Once I bought it because Head & Shoulders brand is quite popular and many people use its products. How disappointed I was! It was terrible. Yes, the shampoo pleasantly cools the scalp and I felt a little refreshing. But after a couple of hours, I got dandruff. And a lot! My head was really itchy. But after I changed the shampoo, it stopped. So I'll never buy anything from Head & Shoulders again, and I don't advise anyone to do so.
