Stay away from HDFC Securities its services sucks.
On 25th February 2007 your trading site was down from morning 09:00 AM to 12:35 PM without any prior intimation and also when the market was live (trading session).
On 3rd March 2008 your trading website was down with out any prior intimation and notice during the trading session. I tried calling several times to your Mumbai customer service @ 0222834 6600/88 but there was no response though the phone was ringing.
Please give me contact # of those person/office who can respond promptly when your website is not working rather then absconding the calls during live trading session and normal working hours.
Please do let me know if this office as mentioned in your website is working? If working please do let me know what is the working hours for this office?

If the working hours are from 9:30 AM to 05:00 PM then why there was no response when I was calling today during the day several times. Aseem Dhru do something if not AVP like Ashish Rathi will suck your securities business!
