I was having problems with my online trading as the server was down. Hence after several years(I trade online, so have no need to call tele-broking) called their trading desk and had a very helpful voice of Ms Arti Khade who guided me along patiently and helped out when all that I punched in to generate a pin was labelled invalid entry!
Managed to do the trading I wanted to and was very pleasantly surprised and happy at the assistance provided. One only hears of indifference and complaints of bad service, but my experience has been most satisfactory! Thank you Ms Arti Khade!
