This is with reference to complaints lodged with HDFC bank with complaints no.s 14167203316 in relation to Titanium edge credit card issued .Initially I was told that if I make a transaction worth INR 30, 000/year, the annual fees charged would be waived off in the next year but I had made a transaction worth the required amount in previous year(April 2013-March 2014), but they still charged for . . Further, I have been trying to contact the customer care executives via the HDFC bank helpline no 01161606161 but nobody is answering my call for the past one week.
I lodged a complain on hdfc complain website they responded and replied that I have to pay membership charges because it was not free and not be waived off even you crossed the transaction limit. it is mandatory charges.so please avoid hdfc credit card because they can degrade your CIBL credibility if you delay in payment(because of any reason).
HDFC agents are big lairs, they have worst customer services.
