The biggest mistake I made in my money management was buying this plan of HDFC SAVINGS ASSURANCE PLAN. In a plan of 1, 50, 000 I hop now to get a lump sum amount of not more than 1, 60, 000 after 10 years of recurring deposit.
The amount to be deposited is 7616*2*10=152320. You can just imagine how much bogus is the policy. And on the name of insurance person will get only 80% of the premium paid plus the bonus received. On this policy bonus received is around Rs. 3500 p.a. I feel ashamed why I didn't look into the details of the policy and believed on my close one.
I will not look back to HDFC for any other policy whatsoever return it promises.
