Never ever bank with HDFC they are worst of all. customer service people never respond to your queries. they are very rude while answering your q's. they will some false numbers and addresses. if you write to them .you will never get the reply for that. Credit card manager will never reply to your written communication. They torture you like anything by calling even before the date of the payment. these people suck you people big time.
The managers talk very rudely. They keep on the rules and make sure that you will pay double the amount you have taken. so never ever buy HDFC credit card...
