Hi, When the representative offered me the card, he told me that it has a fees of 1999 per year. But if you spend 30, 000 in first 3 months, it will be waived off. That never happened and I ended up paying the amount even after several complaints.
When I lodged the complaints, no one even bothered to contact me. Every time after 15 days, they'll call to ask about the feedback on query resolution. I told them it has never been resolved. They'll say that we will contact you further but that also never happened. Recently I changed my Ph No. I tried updating it online. It said please contact Customer Care.
I called them and they said you have to download a form and then go to the branch and get it updated. All this pain for just updating my number. So I have decided not to update it for now. ( I can do it online or through customer care in all other cards i.e Citi, ICICI, Standard Chartered ) Poor response from the customer care executive guy.
He was in a hurry to keep the phone and was not much interested in answering to me. I would not recommend it to anyone.
