HDFC is one of the best Indian Bank in my personal opinion. Staff of the Bank is very friendly and supportive. You will be respected and feel like home. I have my Saving account in East Delhi branch. The ambiance is very good. Service is very good, Internet banking facility is superb and you have maximum control in your hands. Most of the daily usage transactions can be completed via Internet baking website only and you don't need to visit branch. You can control Debit card, Credit card, Fixed deposits, Insurance from single platform(Internet banking website) only.
Please note that being an private sector bank the service charges are bit higher than Govt. sector banks. Minimum deposit is also minimum 10k in case of saving account. Please keep this in mind. But overall, the service and customer support is best.
I strongly recommend HDFC bank to all.
