I have applied for credit card in hdfc after getting so many call from hdfc bank on 18th December 2014. That day you HDFC guys promised me to deliver my credit card within 15-20 days, but still I am waiting for my credit card and also for your response. I have called so many time to hdfc and to person who did initiate this process but they all giving so may excuses one after one. I am worry about my documents that I have sent through email and also gave to hdfc representative personally.
I always use my debit card for all transaction, and was very happy to use it. But hdfc giving me so much tension and pain free of cost. I think this is worst.worst service of all in this world.
I will never suggest to any one to go for hdfc. Please give my document back to me, I dont need any credit card from hdfc. I wrote to senior department regarding the same but no useful response from there.
