One fine morning I got a call on my office phone, regarding the credit card. One Time offer A special Offer Everything is waived off and all 5% Cash back on fuel and all other offers. I was feeling worth of getting the card and cancelling the other best card of citi that I own past 3 years.
The card I was offered was mentioned as Platinum Edge Card, with all the charges annual etc etc waived, I even signed the documents for the same. But then once all the procedures are done they had shown up their own face of Fraud. The card that was alloted to me was Diners club card and is of no worth and use. I called them now again and asked them what have been done to me, there was no proper response from their side.
Never believe on the false promises by this bank. This is fully cheat. And their marketing persons they earn by making customers fraud. I then came to know few of my colleagues also got a call from the same bank with attractive offers and finally they were given some other credit card. I just returned and closed the account of the credit card.
Please make sure you are not one on the trap. Beware and Be Aware!
