When I joined my first company, they opened my salary account in HDFC. No problem I had with the bank. I didnt have to deal with anything only drawing out money from ATM.
The real problem started when I left my earlier organization and move to another, now this guys opened my salary account in ICICI bank. Now if the there is balance less than 10, 000/- you will start getting fined. So it's obvious that you will close the account.
This is were I was frustrated. I went to near by hdfc bank and told them to do so but these guys rather then making it simple told me to fill a form, take that form to the office where I have got the account opened now I need to searched that; it was in fort. I am busy through out the week only sunday off, even the bank off on Sunday, how the hell am gona close it.
What real stupidity is why the hell this branch bank are not closing it there itself rather then making customer run here and there.
