I am associated with this bank since 2009 and my experience has been good on overall basis. They have a great network of branches and ATM's, their net banking is complete in itself so their is hardly any need to visit the branches but they don't have good interest rates for bank deposits and hardly have any good offer for credit card.
But yes it's very safe to bank here due to low international exposure
