I am a seller of one Flat which is under construction. The sales person from HDFC bank gave commitment to disburse of the home loan on basis of available documents . Today I along with buyer visited to submit some documents . One official named as Kumarjit(OMEGA Building, HDFC, Saltlake, sector-V, Kolkata) did not behave well.
He behaved very rudely . I got shocked seeing such kind of manner-less person. He even not aware of all the terms and condition of the builder which are many times informed . HDFC loan and Mortgage division is totally separate with respect to Bank. The officials of HDFC loan and Mortgage division is totally uncultured .
