They are simply in making money and do not even care for their customer satisfaction.I was dragged for more then 3 months till I get a chq cleared which was issued by govt. of India.I presented a DD of hardly 5000 Rs. which was issued by the govt as a return for the excess tax paid in my account. Issues were :
They straight away said that I have not presented it with the instruction advise which is a part of the Chq.
When checked with their HO they had a copy of what I have submitted.
No clue where the copy went
Sent to some othr areas for clearing where there is no branch of HDFC
Fianlly I was instructed to present again and again ... dragged for 3 months
At last the validity of the Chq expired.
I had to claim that in the next assessment year.
Losing it is not a big deal but the play they made around me was big ...
Not sure how they survive in the service industry.
