I am an HDFC existing customer - S/B Account(Salary), Deposit Account - 4, Credit Card and Netbanking since last 2 years approx. My account number is 50100130999970. Customer ID - 65662566, rest info cant share as its very personal. Read the story mentioned below that very Important.
I had initiated 4 deposit accounts last year with maturity date of around 1/05/2017 the total value of all the deposit accounts is approx 5 lacs. The interest earned in the complete year was 17000+ that made me eligible to pay 700/- INR as TDS but they deducted 1700/- INR in the name of TDS. Secondly I got a maturity of one Fixed Deposit in 01.05.2017 in which 4348/- INR was promised as the Interest but the Interest given was 3788/- INR. The difference is 560 but as per TDS enquiry the decuction shown is 326/- INR. So where is that 235/- Rs.
This is the amount that is above the TDS that I mentioned above i.e. 1700 INR.
After that I took it to the officials and visited branch but no one is there to answer. Branch I visited is Huda City Branch, Gurgaon. They listened to me after that No one is entertaining me I wish not to take the name of the officials specifically.
I am still having a Salary account, deposit account with 9.5 Lacs+ value and Diner's club credit card and they are doing this to me. Even I am not a fool. I am going to liquidate my amount as well.
I can give all the proofs for all the above mentioned things but only if an official calls me. as already fed up of calling customer care, visiting branches and telling same story again and again.
So make your investment feasibly. Choice as well as money is yours.
