The customer support is not as good as it should be. I took a credit card from this bank and after using the same I had few decrepancies relating to my transactions and it took hell out of me to speak to a customer executive to listen to my problem because its telephonic customer care asks so many qiestions before talking to an executive and sometimes it automatically gets disconnected.
