On Sept 10 when I logged in my net banking account, I clicked on a link for gold debit card by mistake. **After that there was no confirmation button/link that I clicked. No terms & conditions were displayed. I did not authorise any payment. **It's like clicking ad on a website.


When I checked website it said charges of Rs 500 for the card. I straight away wrote to customer service using contact us link. Now they have refused work on this. The solution they provided was once you get the card hot list it & then order a new card. Isn't it ridculous?


I called customer service & they put me on hold & then the call was disconnected by the phone agent.


*When I am contacting customer service same time for cancellation I don't know what is the problem apart from earning money by fraud.**I have escalated this by writing this on escalation e-mail id provided on the website & waiting for response.
