I had the misfortune of taking an autoloan from this bank. The bank disbursed extra amount than requested and agreed to rectify the mistake. For more than 2 months, they did nothing but evading, not answering my phone calls, e-mails. The issue is not yet resolved.
This has been my worst banking experience in about 15 years. I have come to the conclusion that the bank is clearing in the business of cheating its customers and stealing their money. I have a long chain of e-mails exchanged with the manager of autoloans, Pune. It is so long that it can not be pasted here. This autoloans, manager is as unethical as his employer, always evasive, giving excuses, missing his commitments, etc.
