Review after using service for 7 years!
Pros: Leading in technology, good facilities in NetBanking.
Cons:
Very very poor service and zero discipline.
Very high ETA for customers & outdated procedures. They still send documents to their back office via courier rather than scanned copies.
Zero human value. Nobody gives a damn on branches. They take a request, and nobody updates you on the status.
Escalation helps to some extent, but not always!
Not open for customer feedbacks.
Very high charges.
Irresponsible senior management including Aditya Puri & team!
Very high disconnect with Hdfc securities / Mutual funds
This bank projects to public as leading bank, but still follow age old procedures.
