Please do not bank with hdfc bank as they always find ways to charge customer..
I had withdrawn 2 lakhs from the branch which is not my base branch (both branches are one kilometer away).. At that time of withdrawal teller officer not told about the any charges.. After month hdfc silently deducted 1100 rs from account (5 rs per 1000). Response given was this is charge for inter branch withdrawal.. [ i was under impression that all branches in same city are same like icici, axis..} But hdfc thinks every branch other than base branch is inter branch..
Even teller officer not altered at the time about this charge as my base branch also in that 1 kilometre range..
God save hdfc customers from these hidden charges.
