On September 6th entire day HDFC BANK Net banking not available. Whenever I call customer service I get answer "we apologise" this does not make sense to me as I had to make urgent payment to my credit card failing which I will have to pay 3.5% penalty ..if my credit card charge me extra 3.5% will HDFC Bank re-embers me?


This is not first time I am facing inconvenience from HDFC Bank customer service.


HDFC Bank customer service does not exist on first working day of the week which is Monday! HDFC has become shameless bank..I can understand 2-3 hour down due to ’’System failure’’ but what I cannot understand is HDFC online banking system is down for last 2 days which may go on Tuesday, 7th September also. so can you expect 72 hour downtime due to system failure?? it is most unprofessional and not trustworthy bank when entire world is using modern technology for any disaster recovery.. Now with this HDFC Bank is proven that they can’t match any international standard.. they are functioning like petty shop!!
