I have been using an HDFC credit card for more than 2 years. Though their customer service is not too good( I don't have a good opinion for any other bank as well), I haven't had too many issues with my credit card account. I get all my statements on time and have never been charged any unfair charges.
Also, I would suggest all the readers who have HDFC credit cards to register for NETSAFE since it makes all your internet transactions secure. It is an initiative by HDFC bank wherein a virtual card can be created for internet transactions and you need not enter your actual card details while purchasing anything online. Hope this information helps people who feel insecure about internet transactions.
I was given a credit limit of Rs 50, 000 when I started using my credit card and in two years, my credit limit has been enhanced to Rs 1, 03, 000. I think HDFC provides a higher credit limit than any other leading bank
